This needs to be done frequently so your computer will run effectively.

Clear Cache and History For Internet Explorer

1.   Double-click My Computer on your Desktop.
2.    Double-click the Control Panel Icon.
3.    Double-click on the Internet or Internet Options icon

4.    Click on Delete Files to empty your Cache
5.    Click on Clear History to delete your History
